**Job Description**
**Job Summary:**
The Office Coordinator, performs a variety of administrative duties to support the assigned department(s).
+ Composes, types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
+ Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries.
+ Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s).
+ Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies.
+ Performs required tasks to support staff and workflow across department.
+ Interface with other departments to ensure work orders, service tickets and purchasing tasks are completed.
+ May assist with timekeeping and other systems/records utilized by the department, including patient scheduling where appropriate.
+ Other Duties as assigned
**Education and Work Experience:**
+ HS or Equivalent
+ 1 year prior admin/office coordinator experience required.Medical office experience preferred.
