Job Description:/h3:
PROGRAM MANAGER: Provides comprehensive planning and active supports for the care and treatment of program clients. Assists the Program Director in the coordination, implementation, scheduling, and evaluation of all residential programming responsibilities within assigned program. Provides Case Management oversight and networks with area community providers. Interviews, trains, and provides professional development to staff, interns, and volunteers for the positions which it supervises. Performs other duties as assigned.EOE
Program Management:
xF0B7; Works with Program Director to ensure compliance and delivery of all applicable program goals and
objectives.
xF0B7; Provides assessment and decision:making skills needed to manage the program and any associated
issues on a daily basis. Facilitates and monitors effective day:to:day delivery of services within
assigned program.
xF0B7; Responsible for managing assigned budget, monitoring costs and allocation of such resources in
collaboration with Program Director.
xF0B7; Assigns caseloads, program duties, and determines scheduling of staff.
xF0B7; Monitors effective engagement between staff and clients, volunteers, and other identified program
supports.
xF0B7; Works with program Director in the recruitment, selection, and hiring of staff.
xF0B7; Schedules, attends and participates in agency meetings, team meetings, and inter:disciplinary team
meetings.
xF0B7; Facilitates/co:facilitates psycho:educational groups as indicated.
xF0B7; Ensures company vehicles are in good working condition and completes periodic maintenance
inspections work orders as necessary. Works with team to maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and
outside at all times.
xF0B7; Maintains property to ensure building/office is welcoming upon entrance and works with team to
promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment for both staff and clients. Processes timely work
orders with Facilities in as necessary.
xF0B7; Conducts and participates in fire and emergency evacuation drills, and reviews the emergency
preparedness plan as outlined in agency policy.
xF0B7; Ensures continuity of care for delivery of services.
xF0B7; As applicable, adheres to food bank rules, regulations, and submission of data.
Clinical Services and Supervision:
xF0B7; Supervises program admissions, planning, and discharge processes.
xF0B7; Plans and facilitates consistent staff meetings to ensure that services are client:driven and responsive to
individual needs.
xF0B7; Provides coordination with other agency and/or community programs and services in order to assure
that client care is appropriate, complementary, and continuous.
xF0B7; Monitors documentation of services delivered to clients, required collection of data, and production of
statistical reports, to demonstrate optimum use of program resources.
xF0B7; Responds to crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions as outlined in the agency policy for
Nonviolent Practices.
xF0B7; Provides on:call coverage in order to be available to staff in the program.
xF0B7; Responsible for documenting and meeting consistently with designated staff and assisting with the job
performance evaluations. Provides new staff with program orientation and ongoing program and
professional development training.
xF0B7; Addresses concerns with staff or other professionals constructively and in a timely fashion.
xF0B7; Scattered site programs require use of personal vehicles to engage clients at their residence and in
community settings. Travel reimbursement will be available in these instances at or near the IRS
maximum allowable rate.

REQUIREMENTS: Master Level required. Bachelors considered if combined with three to five (3:5) years consecutive supervisory / administrative experience in a behavioral health field. xF0B7; Prior experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illness and/or
