This position is responsible for accounting and office administrative work related to Board of Education budgets, expenditures and revenues, for management of grants including the Family Resource program, for performing administrative duties related to various software applications, and for providing support and training for and limited supervision of Central Office staff members. BA/BS in accounting, business, management or a closely related field is preferred. Training in accounting, information systems, office procedures and word processing is required. Equivalent training or experience Continuemay be substituted for above requirements at the discretion of the Director. Three to five years of experience working with accounting procedures and systems, information systems and office procedures in a general office environment, preferably including public contact. Other relevant experience may be substituted at the discretion of the Director.
