We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers. The job will also include maintaining a deep understanding of our customers business and needs, managing projects, prospecting for new opportunities, and interacting with our suppliers.

:Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
:Serve as the main point of contact for our most valuable customers.
:Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
:Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
:Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
:Travel to customers and our supplier to solidify the relationship between GTI and our customers.
:Manage resolution of any technical problems or other issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
:Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long:lasting relationships
:Manage the delivery process for new equipment, from once the purchase order is received to the machine being accepted by the customer.
:Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

:Proven experience as Key Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, or Project Manager.
:Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
:Proven track record of taking ownership and effectively managing long: and short:term projects, from start to finish.
:Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
:A high aptitude and comfort level with technical environments.
:Excellent organizational skills.
:Ability in problem:solving and negotiation.
:Familiarity with Office, Windows, and CRM software.
:Ability to speak/read Japanese or German a plus, but not required.
:BSc/BA in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
:A valid passport and drivers license.
:Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
